Maximo: Army of Zin, Army of Darkness Mez-itz reviews

It's video game licenses for reviews today, at least for me! The folks at BMA Toys sent along three of the Maximo: Army of Zin figures for me to check out. These things are really cool! I was surprised just how much fun they were, with great sculpting and articulation. They go to prove that just because a toy line is intended for kids, that doesn't mean it's necessary - or okay - for the quality to drop. To really enjoy them, you probably have to be a fan of the game, and they aren't really intended for 'collectors', but that doesn't mean they aren't great action figures!

In other video game based action figures, I reviewed a couple of the Megaman X figures over at Movie Poop Shoot. And before I get a million emails, yes, I assumed Zero Night Shade was male even with the long blonde hair, but I think I'm confusing that one with Zero Nightmare. Hey, I don't know the game THAT well!

Great review, folks. But then, we've come to expect that frmo Michael. I just wish I knew what kind of camera he has, thems is GOOOD pichers!

It's all in the eye...that's what I try to tell people to make it seem like there's actually some sort of art to taking pictures of subjects that just basically stay in one spot and give you no lip.

The camera is a Nikon, and even though it's a couple years old, still works great. However, I'm looking to get a new one soon, if I could just convince one of the twins to drop this one down the stairs.
